Terms of Use

1. What Nibble is

Nibble is a mobile-first learning app that teaches non-technical people how to use Anthropic's Claude effectively. The app is operated by Chaithanya Donda (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nibble. If you're using Nibble on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your account

We identify accounts by mobile number. You're responsible for keeping your device and access credentials secure. If we detect abuse, spam, or suspicious activity tied to your account, we may suspend or remove it without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nibble for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our lesson content at scale.
• Use the practice loop (the live Claude integration) to generate content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
• Reverse-engineer the app, or try to extract the lesson system prompts through adversarial inputs.

5. Content and intellectual property

All lesson content, discovery stories, app copy, illustrations, and brand assets are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is active. Content you enter into the practice loop (your own prompts) remains yours — we only use it to call Claude on your behalf and to improve the product.

6. AI-generated content

Nibble uses Claude to generate practice responses. AI output can be wrong, out-of-date, or biased — Module 4 (Discernment Lab) literally exists because of this. Don't rely on AI output for legal, medical, or financial decisions without verifying it yourself.

7. Pricing

The first 100 users are free founding members. Pricing for subsequent cohorts will be announced in-app and on LinkedIn. By accepting an invitation to a paid tier, you agree to the price listed at the time of subscription.

8. Termination

You can stop using Nibble at any time. We can terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. We'll delete your account data within 30 days of termination unless required by law to retain it longer.

9. Disclaimers

Nibble is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (learning, skill, career) will result from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Nibble is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Changes

We'll update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of Nibble after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
